Cancellation & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require the Bill receipt sent to you with your product.
No returns on Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel or edit your order, call Customer Care at 0120-4346368 within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been dispatched, we will process your request
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

To initiate return, just follow these easy steps:
- Pack the merchandise in the same box and address to:
Popnetic, A4/137, New kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, New delhi, 110096
- Contact Customer Care and request return pickup. Our courier service will contact you within 48 hrs to coordinate pickup.
- On the appointed day, you can choose to handover the merchandise to the courier, OR keep it instead- if you change your mind!
- Once we receive the product, we'll arrange Exchange or Refund as requested.
Please Note - Return/Cancellation under Promotions/Offers/End of Season Sale (EOSS) is not acceptable.
