RETURNS
How do I return/exchange an item?
Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please use the order ID details on the return center with the return request , so we can initiate the return as per the return policy. You will receive approved/Rejected mail as per the return reason and conscience of the approver.
We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
